While we work closely with our carriers to prevent delays, Draft Luxury remains responsible for your order until it is successfully delivered to the shipping address provided. In the event of a lost or significantly delayed package, please contact us at contact@draftluxury.com so we can investigate and provide a resolution, including a replacement or refund if necessary.

Our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, text, images, graphics, and design, are the property of Draft Luxury, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright and intellectual property laws. We may provide you with access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor have any control over. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind.

Draft Luxury is a brand name owned by Black Shark Godman LLC. Any sale, transaction, or purchase you make in our store is directly with Black Shark Godman LLC. You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales that take place, including damages or losses caused by products or services purchased.

SECTION 10: PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted on Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes personal information linked to your access. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these privacy policies.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, and the federal laws of the United States. You and Draft Luxury submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in said jurisdiction.
