1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return or an exchange. To be eligible, your request must be initiated within this timeframe.

2. CONDITION OF ITEMS

To ensure a successful return, items must meet the following requirements:

  • Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be in their original, pristine condition.

  • Tags & Packaging: All original tags and brand packaging must be intact and included.

  • Proof of Purchase: Your order number or receipt is required.

3. FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES (USA)

We believe in a risk-free shopping experience.

  • Return Shipping: Draft Luxury covers 100% of the return shipping costs. * No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any additional fees for processing your return.

  • Pre-paid Labels: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label via email.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start the process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to contact@draftluxury.com with your order number.

  2. Authorization: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization along with a pre-paid shipping label and the specific instructions for our designated fulfillment center.

  3. Shipment: Securely pack the item and drop it off at the carrier location specified on the label.

5. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Exchanges: If you require a different size or style, we will process the exchange immediately upon inspection of the original item.

6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
